Ingredients

Dragon's Milk
1 cup
Demerara Sugar
1 cup
Steps 1

Hard pour beer of choice into a glass. Allow foam to dissipate, stir vigorously several times. The beer syrup is most easily made with as close to flat beer as possible. Agitating the beer helps to speed up that process.

Steps 2

Add beer and sugar to small saucepan and heat over medium low, being careful not to boil. Stir continuously until sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat.

Steps 3

Transfer to a sterilized container. This can be done by adding boiling water to the container, emptying it, and then immediately adding the Dragon’s Milk syrup.

Dragon’s Milk syrups will last for one month when stored in the refrigerator.
