Steps 1

Remove the meat from fridge and allow to approach room temperature before grilling.

Steps 2

Lightly salt and pepper both sides of the steak.

Steps 3

Sear both sides and cook to desired temp, we recommend medium rare.

Steps 4

Remove from grill and allow to rest undisturbed 4-6 minutes.

Steps 5

Open a bottle of Dragon’s Milk and enjoy.
