Ingredients

Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Yellow Onion (diced)
1 onion
Chipotle Peppers (seeded and diced)
2 peppers
Ancho Chili Powder
1 tablespoon
Smoked Paprika
1 tablespoon
Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup
Fresh Brewed Coffee
1 cup
Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup
Brown Sugar
2 cups
Salt
1 tablespoon
Ketchup
3 cups
Tomato Sauce
14oz can
Dragon's Milk
12oz bottle
Steps 1

In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Steps 2

Add diced yellow onion and cook under tender and translucent.

Steps 3

Add rest of ingredients and stir to combine.

Steps 4

Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Move ingredients to food processor to puree, or use immersion blender.

Steps 5

Remove from heat and let cool completely.

Steps 6

Transfer to glass jar and store in refrigerator until ready to use, will keep for 6 days.
