Preheat Oven to 350°F.
Mash bananas in a large bowl and add in all wet ingredients.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Fold in nuts/chocolate chips if desired.
Pour batter into a buttered, lined 4″ x 8″ bread pan and bake for 60 minutes.
Enjoy warm with butter and a glass of Dragon’s Milk.
