Just over 10 years ago. We were filling this barrel and behold, our oldest bourbon yet—one barrel, and a true beauty. Delight your senses with heightened flavors of ripe plum, caramel, vanilla, sawn oak, and a subtle hint of spice. Origin 10 boasts a rich copper hue, embodying a refined and complex flavor profile. At a robust 117.11 proof, this barrel was pot-distilled from our signature high-malt mash bill and has peacefully matured in our Holland rickhouse for a decade. With only 138 bottles to be released, each one is a genuine treasure. This expression is released on December 14, 2024 ONLY at the Holland brewpub. 58.55% ALC/VOL.
