Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz
Fresh Egg White (pasteurized if you prefer)
.75 oz
Aromatic Bitters

Directions
Dragon's Milk White Simple Syrup
Combine 1.5 cups of white sugar with 2 cups Dragon’s Milk White in a medium sauce pan. Heat gently (do not boil) until sugar has dissolved and reduced slightly. Cool before using.
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in shaker without ice, and shake to incorporate egg white.
Step 2
Add ice to shaker, shake for 45 seconds or until shaker is cold.
Step 3
Double strain using a small fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass and enjoy.
