Honey Glazed Boneless Spiral Ham
Dragon's Milk Reserve: Maple Oak
(1) 12oz bottle
Pure Maple Syrup
Place ham in slow cooker, spread 1 tbsp of mustard on top of the ham.
In a large bowl, combine cloves, 1 tbsp mustard, beer, maple syrup and 2 cups of water. Pour over ham, adding more water if needed to that liquid is a few inches from the rim of the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until tender, turning halfway through cooking.
Dice ham and set apart for hobo pie build.
Build sandwich on parchment paper with rye bread, ham, pickles, mustard, and swiss cheese. Place in pie iron, and cook over fire for 3 minutes, flip, and continue for 2 minutes or until smoke starts coming from inside iron.
