Official Rules for the Dragon’s Milk Origin 10 Lottery

Your chance to have the opportunity to purchase one bottle.

Eligibility

The Lottery (the “Lottery”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old.

Entry Period

The lottery begins on November 27, 2023 and ends at 11:59pm ET on December 3, 2023 (the “Entry Period”).

How to Enter

Visit https://dragonsmilk.com/dragons-milk-origin-10-lottery and complete and submit the entry form. You will be asked to enter your first name, last name, phone number, date of birth, email address, city, and state. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the promotion, which are final and binding. Only entrants who comply with the Official Rules are eligible. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Multiple entries by use of bots or any method will lead to disqualification.

Drawing

On or about December 4, 2023, Sponsor will randomly select one hundred and forty (140) potential winners. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winners will be notified via email (as noted in the entry) and must visit New Holland Brewing in Grand Rapids, MI (417 Bridge St NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504) in person to purchase a Prize beginning December 16, 2023 from 12:00pm to 11:00pm EST. Please consult our website or call the brewpub directly for hours of operations and closures due to holidays and inclement weather (the “Purchase Window”). Potential Winners must appear at the New Holland Brewing in Grand Rapids, MI (417 Bridge St NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504) during the Purchase Window. Potential Winners must present an ID that matches the first and last name and date of birth of the submitted entry along with their receipt and order code to match our records. If, for any reason, a potential winner does not purchase within this timeframe UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO THE NEXT PERSON ON THE LIST. Sponsor reserves the right to sell the product at a later date.

Prize and Collection

There will be one hundred and forty (140) Prizes awarded: Prize consists of the opportunity to purchase one (1) 2023 limited-edition bottle of Dragon’s Milk Origin 10 ($190.00 MSRP) (the “Prize”) in person at New Holland Brewing, Grand Rapids, MI (417 Bridge St NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504) during the “Purchase Window.” Bottles are for personal use, not for resale. Potential Winners will be able to purchase one (1) Prize during the Purchase Window. Potential Winners will be required to purchase and collect the bottle in-person at New Holland Brewing at: 417 Bridge St NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504 during the Purchase Window. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A Prize (opportunity to purchase) may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. Proxy pick-up will be permitted and New Holland Brewing Co. must be informed of the proxy name and birthdate at time of prize confirmation. Proxy must also bring a copy of the receipt and unique order code to match our system. Travel is not included in the Prize. In the event the Prize is not collected during the Purchase Window, Potential Winner will have forfeited the Prize. Unclaimed Prizes will be awarded to the next randomized drawing from the entry list. Sponsor reserves the right to sell the product at a later date. Limit of one Prize per person.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Potential Winners may be responsible for taxes and any other costs not listed above. Alcohol will not be awarded as part of the Prize.

General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Lottery is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the lottery to address the impairment and then resume the lottery; or (b) award the Prize(s) according to the criteria set forth above from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the lottery, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or dishonest manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. The lottery is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the lottery or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the lottery; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the lottery or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Winners may be required to sign Receipt/Eligibility/Liability Release in order to collect the Prize.

Privacy and Publicity

Any information you submit as part of the lottery will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited participation in the lottery constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Disputes

You agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the lottery or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Holland, Michigan. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the lottery, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Michigan.

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to New Holland Brewing – Dragon’s Milk Origin 10 Lottery, 684 Commerce Ct, Holland, MI 49424. Requests must be received by December 4, 2023.
